By providing your consent, you agree that we may communicate with you by email and send or receive personal information, insurance documents, forms, and, where applicable, banking information by email.

Before giving your consent, please be aware of the following:

1. Email may not always be secure. Information sent by email could potentially be accessed, viewed, shared, or changed without your permission. We recommend deleting emails containing personal information when they are no longer needed to help reduce this risk.
2. Your information may be stored outside Canada. Depending on your email provider, information we send to you may be stored or processed outside of Canada.
3. Deleted emails may still exist. Even after you delete an email from Nexus Insurance Brokers Ltd., backup copies may remain on your computer, your email provider's servers, or elsewhere in cyberspace.
4. Policy confirmation is required. Once your transaction has been processed, we will email your policy documents to you. ICBC requires you to reply to this email confirming that you have reviewed and accepted your policy terms. The email will provide instructions and options for confirming your acceptance.
